The Seminar will be organized in conjunction with the Nordic Youth, Junior & Seniors Weightlifting Championships in Haugesund, Norway from Friday 20th of November 2026 to Sunday 22nd of November.

Friday 20th 14:00 – 14:50 Lunch
Friday 20th 15:00 – 20:00 Seminar starts
Friday 20th 20:00 – 21:00 Dinner
Saturday 21st 08:00 – 20:00 All ITOs take part in the Nordic Championships
Saturday 21st Dinner – at the Hotel
Sunday 22nd Departure
During the seminar, we will review the rules, focusing on the most common recurring issues.
During the workshop, we will focus specifically on the tasks of the CM and TC.
On Saturday 21st, the ITOs will rotate between all the different positions, and coaching/feedback/discussions will be organized after each group.
