REYKJAVÍK INTERNATIONAL GAMES 2019 JANUARY 27TH.

The 2019 Reykjavík International Games Olympic Weightlifting competition will take place in Laugardalshöll Sports Hall on 27th of January.

The event will be broadcasted live on the national TV (RUV). The RIG Weightlifting competition is invitation only. The 10 men and 10 female competitors will participate in total weight lifted in Snatch and Clean and Jerk according to IWF regulations. We are looking to invite 4 international competitors, 2 men and 2 women. Prices will be given for the top 3 lifters in the male and female category respectively according to Sinclair scoring.

The Icelandic Weightlifting Federation is honored to invite members of your club to participate in the Reykjavík International Games 2019.
