Invitation for 40th year anniversary edition of Ålholm Cup for youth and junior lifters

Ålhom Cup was held for the first time 1978 by our founder and long-term chairman of Ålholm Weight Lifting, Finn ’Bager’ Jensen. This year, a 40th anniversary edition of Ålholm Cup will be held.

Date: 15-16. September 2018

Where: Teglværksvej 19, 3400 Hillerød, Denmark

Competition start: 11.00 with draw and weighing at. 08.00 – 10.00.

There will be competed in the following weight classes:

Women: 35 – 40 – 44 – 48 – 53 – 58 – 63 – 69 – 75 -90- + 90 kg.

Men: 35 – 40 – 45 – 50 – 56 – 62 – 69 – 77 – 85 – 94 – 105 – +105 kg.

Starting fee is DKK 250 per registered lifter.
