The EU cup is a competition for Boys and Girls U-15, U-17 and Juniors
COMPETITION RULES AND REGULATIONS
Competition will be held in accordance with EUWC rules.
The team should be composed of a maximum of 6 athletes, 3 males and 3 females:
1 female lifter and 1 male lifter Under 15
1 female lifter and 1 male lifter Under 17
1 female lifter and 1 male lifter Under 20
Results will be calculated on the Sinclair formular.
AWARDS
Gold, Silver and Bronze medals will be awarded to the first three athletes.
U15 girls, U15 boys, U17 girls, U17 boys, U20 juniors women, U20 juniors men
Team Trophy – the highest six ranked Nations (by Sinclair points for female + male lifters).
Best Lifter trophies will be awarded for men and women. All teams will get a memory trophy.
ENTRIES
Preliminary Entry Form must be received by the Organizing Committee before 15 th April 2018;
Final Entry and Accommodation & Transportation Forms and payment must be received by
the Organizing Committee before 15 th May.
COMPETITION AND ACCOMMODATION VENUE

Hoteladress: Philippine-Welser-Straße 88a, 6020 Innsbruck
All athletes and team members will be accommodated with full board. Breakfast and dinner in
the hotel. Lunch at Restaurant in the completion hall.
The accreditation will take place at the Hotel “Charlotte”,
TRANSPORTATION
The hotel and venue adress is easily accessible from Airport Innsbruck (5km distance) and
from the main railway station Innsbruck Hbf (1km distance) and from all directions about
motorways.
The Organizing Committee will provide transportation from/to airport Innsbruck to the hotel.
The accreditation includes a ticket for public transport City Innsbruck.
FINAL CONDITIONS
The accommodation fee per person overtake full board
Shared room 3-4 persons: € 87,-/person/day/night – summary three days/nights € 261,-
Double room 2 persons: € 97,-/person/day/night – summary three days/nights 291,-
Single room 1 person: € 118,-/person/day/night – summary € 354,-
No entry fee. No doping control fee. No transportation fee.

VISA TO AUSTRIA
European Union countries do not require a visa to Austria.
All other participants have to contact the Austrian embassy in their own country to verify if a visa is needed.
INSURANCE
National Federations must undertake full moral and financial responsibilities for their delegates regarding their health in case of accidents or injuries.
DOPING CONTROL
The EUWC applies the IWF Anti-Doping Policy.
BARBELL
Eleiko bars will be used in competition, warm up and training.
TECHNICAL OFFICIALS
The participating federations must delegate a Technical Official for the competition, category I or II and with IWF licence paid. (to be confirmed)
